Asesiadau Personol Ar-lein 2018-19 - Digwyddiadau i ddewis y testunau Saesneg

Mae’r Llywodraeth Cymru yn cyflwyno asesiadau personol ar-lein o’r flwyddyn academaidd nesaf (2018/19), yn dechrau gydag asesiadau rhifedd gweithdrefnol. Bydd yr asesiadau darllen yn cael eu cyflwyno yn 2019/20 a’r asesiadau rhifedd rhesymu yn 2020/21.

Mae’r datblygwyr yr asesiadau, AlphaPlus, yn paratoi’r deunyddiau darllen sydd angen i greu ‘banc eitemau’ (‘item bank’) gynhwysfawr sy’n cynnwys dewis eang o destunau a’r cwestiynau cyfatebol).

Rydyn ni’n cynnal digwyddiadau i ddewis y testunau Saesneg yn y Stadiwm Swalec, Caerdydd ar y 7fed ac 8fed o Fawrth ac rydyn ni’n edrych am athrawon sy’n dysgu Saesneg a llythrennedd i fynychu i gynnig adborth ac i’n helpu gyda’r dewisiad.

Welsh Government is introducing online personalised assessments as from the next academic year (2018/19), starting with numeracy procedural. Reading personalised assessments will be introduced in 2019/20 and numeracy reasoning in 2020/21.

Our assessment developers, AlphaPlus, are preparing the reading materials required to create an extensive ‘item bank’ which will be made up of a broad range of texts and corresponding questions.

We are holding English text selection events in the Swalec Stadium, Cardiff on the 7th and 8th March and we are looking for teachers of English and literacy who can attend and provide feedback on the texts and help with the selection process.
